RETURN POLICY
Kid-a-peel, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction and will replace any item received unused or that has been damaged due to production or shipping. Return must be within 15 working days of original ship date and must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Returns will be for the amount of your purchase price less the original shipping and handling charge. Call customer service at 1-800-736-2412 or in the Twin Cities Metro area call 952-736-0214 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM central time Monday thru Friday. For fastest service email us at: info@kidapeel.com. When Kid-a-peel receives the returned product, we will send a replacement or refund per your request. Kid-a-peel will replace your funds in the manner in which it was received by Kid-a-peel, credited to your (Credit Card or by Check).
CANCELATION POLICY
Orders
generally ship the day after they are received, if received prior to
our late afternoon (Central Time US) shipping time. Orders may be canceled
within
24 hours of placing the order by email us at: cancel@kidapeel.com.
If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel please refer to the
